Jo Nguyen Consulting's free Apple AirPod giveaway begins October 1, 2019 at 12AM PST and ends on October 31, 2019 at 11PM PST. The winner will be picked at random through an online random name picker tool and announced on November 15, 2019 on Jo Nguyen Consulting's Facebook page. The winning recipient has forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize before a new winner is chosen.

To claim the prize, the winning recipient must post about their winning publicly on social media (feel free to repost the original winner announcement) & confirm their address with Jo Nguyen Consulting. When posting about your win, you must also disclose your connection to the giveaway (a simple #JoNguyenConsultingGiveaway will suffice). Jo Nguyen Consulting will cover the cost of shipping, but it is the winning recipient's responsibility to ensure that the address is correct. Shipping will be sent via USPS, and the winning recipient will receive the tracking number immediately after the AirPods are shipped out.

Jo Nguyen Consulting is not responsible for the AirPods once they have been shipped to the winning recipient. While the product is unopened (shrink-wrap still in-tact), the AirPods will be awarded "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. If you win the AirPods, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the AirPods for cash. Jo Nguyen Consulting cannot help with technical support or with instructions of how to use them. Jo Nguyen Consulting cannot ensure that they will be compatible with all of the winning recipient's device(s).
